DROIT DE RETRACTATION/ Protection du consommateur

Notre politique de remboursement des achats matériels (partitions, produits dérivés) est de 14 jours comme l’article L221-18 du code de la Consommation le prévoit. Le décompte du délai de 14 jours commence le lendemain de la conclusion du contrat ou de la livraison du bien. Si ce délai expire un samedi, un dimanche ou un jour férié, il est prolongé jusqu’au premier jour ouvrable (généralement le lundi ou le lendemain d’un jour férié). L’association Sebastian Lee ne prendra pas en charge les frais postaux de retour d’un article en cas de rétractation si le produit a déjà été affranchi ou envoyé.

Si le produit a été reçu, le retour ne sera accepté que si l’objet a été conservé dans son état neuf, sans marque d’usure et emballé dans les mêmes conditions que reçu, c’est à dire dans son emballage d’origine.

Attention: Cette politique ne s’applique pas aux objets immatériels et téléchargés dès leur achat (partitions numériques) qui ne bénéficient d’aucune politique de remboursement.

Une fois le produit reçu par nos services, nous vous enverrons un courriel de notification indiquant l’accusé réception de l’article renvoyé ainsi que la notification d’acceptation ou de refus de remboursement, d’après les critères énumérés dans le chapitre Droit de Rétractation ci-dessus.

Refund / Consumer Protection

Our politicy on refund of material goods (scores, Merchandizing) covers a period of 14 days as per article L221-18 of EU consumers’Code sets it. The countdown of 14 days starts the day after the purchase. If the countdown expires on a Saturday or a Sunday, or on a bank holiday, it is automatically prolonged to the next working day (generally on Monday or the following day after a Bank holiday) . The not-for-profit organization Sebastian Lee will not take in charge postal fees to ship back the product of an article should a customer decides to change their mind on their purchase if the good has already been stamped or shipped.

If the product has already been received, the return will only be accepted provided the object has remained in its new state, without any sign of use, marks or damage and shipped in the same conditions has it had been received, that is to say in its original packaging.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: Association Sebastian Lee 338, route de Pontinaut 82100 Castelsarrasin, France.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
